摘要
目的:探讨钬激光在治疗泌尿系结石中的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析医院2012年5月至2013年5月接诊泌尿系结石100例患者的临床资料。将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例患者。其中研究组采用钦激光治疗,而对照组则采用体外冲击波碎石(ESWL),比较对照两组的一次碎石成功率。结果:研究组中,一次性碎石成功的患者有48例,成功率为96%;对照组中,一次性碎石成功的患者有34例,成功率为68%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钬激光治疗泌尿系结石安全可靠,无并发症。
Objective:To investigate the effect of holmium laser in the treatment of urinary stones in clinical application.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 100patients suffered from urinary calculi in our hospital from May 2012to May 2013.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,50patients in each group.The study group was treated with holmium laser;the control group with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).The free rates for single use were compared and contrasted.Results:In the study group 48cases of patients were freed from stones with single treatment of the laser,the success rate being 96%;in the control group 34cases of patients were cured with single use of ESWL,the success rate being 68%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of urinary stones, holmium laser treatment is safe and reliable with no complications.
