摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动对提高门诊输液室患者满意度的作用。方法:成立品管圈小组,确定活动主题,分析门诊输液室患者满意度低的原因,设立目标,制定相应对策并实施。结果:实施活动后患者对服务态度、输液排队等待时间、注射穿刺技术、健康教育执行情况和主动巡视满意率显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:开展品管圈活动提高了患者满意度,和谐了护患关系。
Objective:Discussion on the effect that the quality control circle activities to improve the satisfaction of patients in outpatient transfusion room Method:First establish quality control circle group,second determine each activity theme and then analysis the causes of low satisfaction in outpatient transfusion room,set goals,and give some relevant advice to implement.Results:After developing activities,we found that patient's satisfaction rate was significantly higher than before in five respects.(P<0.05)They are service attitude,the waiting time of infusion,injection technique, the implementation of health education,and active patrol.There was statistically significant.Conclusion:To carry out the quality control circle activities can not only improve the satisfaction of patients in outpatient transfusion room,but also establish a good nurse-patient relationship.
