注射口蹄疫疫苗对种公牛精液品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]通过采取不同的方法,消除或降低注射疫苗后对种公牛精液理化指标的影响。[方法]以西门塔尔种公牛为试验对象,研究分析了注射O型、亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫二价灭活疫苗前15d和注射疫苗后15d时种公牛精液品质的变化。[结果]2009年~2010年注射O型、亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫二价灭活疫苗15d后,种公牛的射精量显著减少(P<0.05)、精子密度显著降低(P<0.05)、精子畸形率显著增多(P<0.05)、精子顶体完整率显著下降(P<0.05)、接种后37℃、4h时精子存活率极显著降低(P<0.01)、精子活力无显著差异(P>0.05),表明注射口蹄疫疫苗后15d除精子活力无显著变化外,其余指标均显著下降。[结论]在疫苗注射时间段里,只要加强饲养管理,从卫生、饮水、饮食等多方面入手,给予接种疫苗牛群最佳的关心照料,可以使种公牛体在较短时间内恢复精液品质,投入正常生产。 [Objective]To study the influence on physical and chemical indicators of bull semen by elimi nating or reducing the vaccination methods. [Method] Taking Simmental bulls as the objective, the bull semen quality changes were analyzed by injecting type O,Asia I foot-and-mouth disease bivalent inactiva ted vaccine before and after 15 days of injection during 2009-2010. [Result]Injecting O,Asian I foot and-mouth disease bivalent inactivated vaccine after 15 days, the kind of bull ejaculate volume were signifi cantly reduced (P〈0.05), while the sperm density, sperm deformity rate increased significantly (P〈0.05),sperm acrosome intact rate dropped significantly (P〈0.05). The sperm survival rate was significantly low er at 37 ℃ 4 h after inoculation(P〈0.01) ,but the sperm vitality had no significant difference (P〉0.05), showing that FMD vaccine could significantly decrease many indicators except sperm vitality after 15 days injecting the vaccine. [Conclusion]During the period of vaccine injection, as long as strengthening manage ment, drinking hygiene watery feed and other aspects, providing the best care for vaccinations herds, which could retrieve the semen quality and be used in the normal productionin a relatively short time.
