中国肉牛分子育种研究进展

Review of Molecular Breeding Advancement of Cattle in China

目前,我国肉牛业发展迅速,已经成为世界上第三大肉牛生产国,肉牛生产对于调整膳食结构、增加农民收入、促进农村经济发展和提高人民生活水平具有重要意义。本文全面地论述了我国现阶段肉牛分子育种研究的内容与特点、发展概况和存在的不足,重点总结了功能基因DNA分子多态与地方黄牛品种生产性状关联研究的成就,指出了我国肉牛分子育种研究存在的问题和不足,提出了今后加快肉牛分子育种研究的思路。

At present, the Chinese beef cattle industry developed rapidly, and has become the third most producers in the world. The cattle production is important to improve the dietary patterns, increase farmers＇ incomes, promote rural economic development and improve people＇s living standard. The study comprehensively reviews the research content and characteristics, development and existing issues of the molecular breeding, and focuses on the achievement of DNA polymorphism in functional genes and its association with production traits. Moreover, the study points out the issue in cattle molecular breeding research and the thought to speed up the molecular breeding research in Chinese cattle.
