摘要
由于海水提钾提取成本不过关或因污染严重,多数生产过程无法实现工业化,由此文章设计了由PLC、工业以太网和现场总线技术等构建的一套自动化控制系统,并且针对蒸发过程中富钾液密度对象具有延迟大、非线性、利用常规PID难以控制等特点提出了模糊自调整PID控制策略。
Extracting potassium from seawater has high cost and serious pollution, and most of the production process can not achieve industrialization, based on the above factors,we design an automated control system which is composed of PLC, Industrial Ethernet and fieldbus technology. Because the potassium-rich liquid density delays largly, with nonlinear, and which is difficult to control with conventional PID, so we propose a fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy.
