经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经阴道超声(TVS)诊断宫外孕的价值。方法对本院2012年以来108例怀疑宫外孕患者,以高频探头经阴道超声检查的诊断分析。结果经阴道超声检查诊断符合率97%,误诊5例,包括宫角妊娠、不全流产伴炎性包块。结论经阴道超声是诊断宫外孕的主要检查方法。
