厄贝沙坦对糖尿病肾病的保护作用

Protective effect observation of irbesartan in diabetic nephropathy

目的观察厄贝沙坦对糖尿病肾病(DN)的保护作用。方法将51例DN患者随机分为治疗组26例和对照组25例。在常规治疗基础上,治疗组予厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗。观察2组治疗前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及24h尿蛋白(24hUP)水平变化情况。结果治疗后,2组24hUP水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后SBP、DBP、HbA1c水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦能有效逆转DN患者的UP指标,且无明显不良反应,耐受性较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the protective effect of irbesartan in diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods 51 cases patients with DN were randomly divided into treatment group 26 cases and control group 25 cases. On basis of conventional treatment, treatment group were treated with irbesartan, control group were treated with acid levamlodipine. The level changes of systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, and 24-hour urinary pro- tein （24hUP） of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,24hUP of two groups was low- er than before treatment, and treatment group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;before and after treatment, SBP,DBP,HbAlc of two groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Irbesartan can reverse the UP indicator of DN patients effectively, and has no significant adverse reactions, better tolerated, and worthy of clinical application.
