高频超声对吉兰-巴雷综合征患者周围神经损害的诊断研究 被引量：1

摘要 吉兰-巴雷综合征（Guillain—BarreSyndrome，GBS）于1916年被GuillainG、BarreJA、StrohlA首次描述为一种以急性反射消失性肢体瘫痪为特征的伴随有蛋白细胞分离现象（脑脊液蛋白水平增高、细胞数正常）的综合征。自1985年Sol—biati最早报道神经干内超声影像的改变以来，随着超声诊断仪器及诊断技术的发展，
