系统性红斑狼疮并发脊髓炎2例报告 被引量：1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮是一种自身免疫性疾病，主要侵犯血管、皮肤、浆膜、肾脏等脏器，可合并中枢神经系统改变，如精神症状和癫痫发作，也可出现周围神经病变、舞蹈病及肌肉病变等，但狼疮性脊髓炎较少见。现将本院收治的2例系统性红斑狼疮并发脊髓炎患者报道如下。
