抗甲状腺抗体阳性的视神经脊髓炎1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 视神经脊髓炎（neuromyelitisoptica，NM0）是视神经和脊髓同时或相继受累的中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病，由Devic于1894年首次报道，又称为Devic病或Devic综合征，属于一种自身免疫性疾病，常累及视神经、脊髓、脑室周围白质、脑干和小脑。NMO患者血清中的NMO-IgG为该病的特异性自身抗体标志物。
