子宫结合带与子宫内膜癌发病及分期的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 子宫结合带（Uterine junction zone,UJZ）是MRI上显示的子宫壁正常结构,在MRI上呈现低信号,它能够用来评估早期子宫内膜癌有无肌层浸润,其中断的程度与癌灶的浸润深度、范围有关.目前对子宫结合带与子宫内膜癌的研究多见于影像学方面,而在病理生理学、分子学等方面的研究则较少,本文综述了子宫结合带及其与子宫内膜癌发病的关系.
