妇女乳腺相关疾病风险因素研究与预防措施

Study on women＇s breast disease risk factors and corresponding preventive measures

目的 本文主要探讨妇女乳腺相关疾病风险因素与相应的预防措施.方法 选取我院2011年12月至2012年12月接收的1168例体检妇女,采用放射线或B超进行检查.结果 在所有体检者中,检出乳腺疾病247例（21.15％）,疾病的发生主要与年龄、婚姻、生育、病史、职业、情绪等因素有关.结论 通过研究妇女乳腺相关疾病的风险因素,在临床防治的过程中加强乳腺保健知识的宣传,提高妇女对乳腺相关疾病的预防意识,降低妇女的乳腺疾病发病率.

Objective To discuss the women＇s breast disease risk factors and corresponding preventive measures.Methods From December 2011 to December 2012 1168 cases of medical women admitted in our hospital were examined by radiation or ultrasound check,and their clinical data were selected.Results In all physical examinees,detection of 247 cases,accounting for 21.15％ of the total,the happening of the disease were mainly related with age,marriage,birth,history,job,mood,etc.Conclusion Through the study of related risk factors of women breast related diseases,and through strengthening the breast health knowledge propaganda in the process of clinical prevention and treatment,we can improve women＇s related breast disease prevention consciousness,and reduce the mammary gland disease incidence of women.
