基础油对复合磺酸钙基/钛基润滑脂性能的影响 被引量:7

EFFECT OF BASE OIL ON TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF CALCIUM SULFONATE COMPLEX &TITANIUM-BASED COMPOSITE GREASE

摘要 探讨了用不同类型基础油制备复合磺酸钙基?钛基润滑脂的工艺过程,分析了不同基础油对复合磺酸钙基/钛基润滑脂理化性能和摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:酯系和醇酯系合成油不能用来制备出复合磺酸钙基/钛基润滑脂;用高温链条矿物油、聚α烯烃合成油和二甲基硅油均能顺利制备出稳定的复合磺酸钙基/钛基润滑脂,但其综合性能较差,未能获得满意效果。在综合性能测试和台架试验的基础上,发现用KP6030高黏度矿物油与二甲基硅油的混合体制备的复合磺酸钙基/钛基润滑脂不仅具有高滴点、高油膜强度、高烧结载荷和优良的机械剪切性能,而且其蒸发量小、高温稳定性好,台架工作寿命长,是制备高温润滑脂理想的基础油。 The processes of preparation of calcium sulfonate complex titaniumbased composite grease with different base oils are studied, and the effect of base oil on physicochemical properties and tribological properties of the composite grease is analyzed. The results show that the base oils of syn thetic ester and polyol ester have high flash point and high viscosity, but they can't be converted into grease; however high temperature chain mineral oil, poly aolefin and methyl silicone oils can all be smoothly thickened into grease, but the performances are not satisfied. Based on the test of comprehen sive properties of the greases and hearing bench testing, it is found that the calcium sulfonate complex ti taniumbased composite grease made from the mixture of KP6030 high viscosity mineral oil and methyl silicone oil has high dropping point, high oil film strength, high sintering load and excellent mechanical shear perform ance, less evaporation, good high temperature stability, long bench working life, so the mixture is a better base oil for the manufacture of calcium sulfonate titaniumbased composite grease.
