郊区村镇集中供热工程监理的思考

针对某新村集中供热工程建设参建单位多,监理单位在控制、管理与协调过程中遇到的诸多问题,探索出一些解决方法,总结了一些监理工作经验,创新并拓宽了监理工作思路,以保证工程顺利进行。

According to some problems with numerous involved parties in the construction of the centralized heat project and some issues in the control, the management and coordination process of monitoring enterprises at some newly-buih village, the paper explores some solutions, sums up some monitoring experience, and broadens the monitoring with the innovation, so as to ensure the smooth construction.
