摘要 通过计算机数值仿真和电压测量试验,研究输电线路玻璃绝缘子串在不加喷、不完全加喷及完全加喷超长效室温硫化硅橡胶(persistent room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber,PRTV)涂料3种情况下的电压分布特性,验证PRTV涂料对玻璃绝缘子串沿串电场分布的影响。仿真结果表明:PRTV涂料对220kV、500kV电压等级玻璃绝缘子串沿串电压分布以及整串电场分布没有影响;对比不加喷和完全加喷PRTV涂料玻璃绝缘子串的电压测量试验结果说明PRTV涂料对玻璃绝缘子串的片电压分布影响很小,试验实测与理论仿真的结果一致。 By computer numerical simulation and voltage measuring test, this paper studies voltage distribution characteristics under three conditions including no spraying, incomplete spraying and complete spraying of persistent room temperature vul- canized silicone rubber coating and verifies impact of PRTV coating on electric field distribution along glass insulator string. Simulation result indicates that PRTV coating has no impact on voltage distribution along 220 kV and 500 kV glass insulator strings and electric filed distribution along whole strings. Comparing with voltage measuring tests for glass insulator strings without spraying and completely spraying PRTV coating, the result declares that impact of PRTV coating on voltage distri- bution on the glass insulator string is very small. In addition, results of testing actual measurement and theoretical simulation are consistent.
