摘要
绝缘油溶解气体组分含量的气相色谱分析试验常采用机械振荡法进行油气分离,而某些油样含气量非常低,会出现平衡气体积过小,满足不了进样量需要的情况。此时有两种处理方法,即"再加载气再振荡"方法和"先稀释后修正"方法。从理论分析和实测试验两方面验证了两种方法的可靠性。两种方法在应用上各有特点,日常试验时可根据实际情况灵活选择。
It is often using mechanical oscillation method for gas-phase chromatographic analysis on insulating oil solving gas components contents to proceed oil-gas separation while gas contents of some oil samples are very low which may not satisfy requirement of sample size. Therefore, this paper introduces two handling methods, one is to load gas again and then pro- ceed oscillation while second is to dilute firstly and then revise. On the basis of theoretical analysis and actual testing, it veri- fies reliabilities of these two methods and concludes different characteristics in application. It proposes to choose any one of these two methods according to physical truth in daily testing.
