摘要
阐述变电站程序化操作对设备的技术要求,分析了间隔层和站控层两种程序化操作模式的优缺点。在此基础上,结合贤兴变电站概况提出一套适合在220kV变电站实施程序化操作的技术方案,即间隔层设备与站控层程序化操作服务器共同完成程序化操作的方案,并对该方案的结构和操作流程进行总结。通过实例,分别对单间隔设备和跨间隔设备的程序化操作过程进行分析,并提出了防误措施以及设备扩建时程序化操作验证的解决方法。研究表明变电站程序化操作技术的应用能更有效地提高变电站的安全运行水平,实现更大的经济效益。
This paper states technological requirements for sequencing operation and analyzes merits and demerits of two kinds sequencing operation including bay level and station level. On above basis, it proposes a set of technological scheme for implementing sequencing operation in 220 kV substation by combining practice of Xianxing substation which means to unite bay level device and station level sequencing operation to complete sequencing operation. Meanwhile, it summarizes struc- ture and operation flow of this scheme. By examples, it respectively analyzes sequencing operational process of single bay level device and across bay level device then it proposes mistake proofing and solutions for sequencing operation verification when extending device. The study indicates that application of sequencing operation technology in substation is able to more effectively improve safe operation of substation and realize greater economic benefits.
