摘要
后危机时代,我国服务外包业快速发展,已成为全球第二大离岸外包目的地国家。高素质人才是发展服务外包产业的关键因素之一,我国却面临着服务外包人才短缺、培养模式与社会需求之间错位、人才流失率高等亟待解决的问题,如何培养合格的服务外包人才已经成为我国高等教育中的热点问题。对国内服务外包企业展开调研,探寻服务外包企业用人需求的真实状况,是找寻高职院校与服务外包产业无缝对接路径的需要。
With the rapid development of service outsourcing industry in post-crisis era, China has become the world's second-lar- gest offshore outsourcing destination country. High-quality talent is one of the key factors in the service outsourcing industry, while China is facing some burning issues of service outsourcing talents shortage, dislocation between the training model and the needs of the community, and high rate of brain-drain. How to cultivate qualified service outsourcing talents has become a hot is- sue in higher education in China. Research on service outsourcing enterprises in China and the exploration of the true needs of the service outsourcing enterprises are the requirements of finding a seamless path between vocational schools and the service out- sourcing industry.
