Organization Work in Universities from the Perspective of Socialist Core Value System

高校组织工作是高校党的建设的重要组成部分。社会主义核心价值体系是兴国之魂,同样也是组织工作之魂。马克思主义是高校组织工作的指导思想;坚定共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义必胜信念,是检验组织工作干部先进性、纯洁性的标准;高校组织工作者要努力践行社会主义荣辱观,以公道正派、坚持原则、服务师生作为自己的道德要求和行为准则。

Organization work in universities is an important part of party building. The socialist core value system is not only the soul of national rejuvenation but also the soul of the organization work. Marxism is the guiding ideology of the organization work. Firm belief in lofty ideal of communism and faith in the triumph of socialism with Chinese characteristics are the standard of in- specting the advanced and pure nature of organization cadres. Organization cadres in universities should strive to practice the so- cialist concept of honor and disgrace, acting fair, adhering to the principle and serving their teachers and students as their moral requirements and codes of conduct.
