62例经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的综合护理

Comprehensive nursing for 62 patients with coronary angiography through radial artery

目的探讨经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的综合护理措施。方法选取本院进行经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的患者124例,按照护理方法的不同分为观察组与对照组各62例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围术期综合护理,对2组患者的相关指标进行比较分析。结果 2组患者手术成功率及平均手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中桡动脉痉挛率低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者均无严重并发症出现,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期综合护理可降低术中桡动脉痉挛及术后并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing measures for patients with coronary angiography through radial artery. Methods 124 patients with coronary angiography through radial artery were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods, 62 cases in each group. The control group was conducted with conven- tional nursing, while the observation group was conducted with comprehensive nursing in periopera- rive period. Relevant indexes were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results There were no significant differences of success rate of operation and average operation time between two groups （P 〉0.05） ; the rate of intraoperative radial spasm in the observation group was lower than the control group （P〈 0.05）; no severe complications were observed in both groups, and the inci- dence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in perioperative period can reduce rate of intraoperative radial spasm and the incidence rate of postoperative complications, so it is worthy of clinical applica- tion and popularization.
