护理干预在预防静脉注射胺碘酮不良事件中的作用

Role of nursing intervention in prevention of adverse events in patients with intravenous injection of amiodarone

目的观察护理干预措施在预防静脉注射胺碘酮所致不良事件中的作用。方法将70例快速性心律失常并行静脉注射胺碘酮治疗的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各35例,实验组实施全程护理干预措施,对照组采取一般护理措施,比较2组不良事件发生率。结果实验组的心动过缓与低血压、静脉炎、肝脏损害等不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预措施可以明显降低静脉注射胺碘酮不良事件的发生率。

Objective To explore the role of nursing intervention measures in the preven- tion of adverse events caused by intravenous injection of amiodarone. Methods 70 tachy arrhyth- mia patients with intravenous injection of arniodarone were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The experimental group was conducted with full range nursing intervention measures, while the control group was conducted with general nursing measures. Incidence rate of adverse events was compared between two groups. Results The inci- dence rate of adverse events such as sinus bradycardia, hypotension, phlebitis, electrolyte disorders and liver damage in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention measures can significantly reduce the incidence rate of adverse events caused by intravenous iniection of amiodarone.
