优质护理路径在脑血管支架置入术中的应用效果

Application of high-grade nursing path in treatment of patients with cerebrovascular vascular stent implantation

目的探讨优质护理路径在脑血管支架置入术围术期的应用效果。方法将80例行脑血管支架置入术患者随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用优质护理路径实施护理,对照组则采用脑血管支架置入术常规护理。结果实验组在健康知识知晓率、术后舒适度、患者并发症发生率等方面均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血管支架置入术围术期采用优质护理路径方法,可以提高患者健康教育知晓率及术后舒适度,降低术后并发症发生率,是一种对患者有利的管理方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of high- grade nursing path on the periopera- tire treatment of patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation. Methods 80 patients with cere- brovascular stent implantation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experiment group was conducted with high - grade nursing path, while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing for cerebrovascular stent implantation. Results Awareness of health knowledge, ttoperative comfort degree and incidence rate of complications in the experi- mental group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Application of high - grade nursing path in perioperative treatment of patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation can not only improve the awareness of health knowledge and the postoperative comfort degree, hut also reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications, so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
