心理护理联合三联药物疗法治疗消化性溃疡的效果观察

Effect observation of psychological nursing combined with triple drug therapy on treatment of patients with peptic ulcer

目的分析心理护理联合三联药物疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选择在本院接受治疗的消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,分别给予单纯三联药物治疗及心理护理联合三联药物治疗,比较2组治疗效果、疼痛评分、负面情绪评分等差异。结果观察组治疗有效率(96.77%)、轻度疼痛比率(75.81%)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛程度评分(3.21±1.03)、VAS评分(2.43±0.57)、HAMD评分(18.46±2.12)、HAMA评分(14.23±1.47)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药物治疗联合心理护理可以有效提高消化性溃疡的治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛,降低其负面情绪。

Objective To analysis the clinical therapeutic effect of psychological nursing combined with triple drug therapy on the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 124 patients with peptic ulcer were selected and divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with triple drug therapy only, while the observation group was treated with combination schedule of psychological nursing and triple drug therapy. Conditions of therapeu- tic effect, pain score and adverse emotion assessment were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate in the observation group was 96.77%, the ratio of mild pain was 75.81%, both of two indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05） ; the scores of pain, VAS, AMI） and HAMA in the observation group were （3.21 ±1.03）, （2.43 ±0.57）, （18.46 ±2.12） and （14.23 ±1.47） respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Triple drug therapy combined with psychological nursing can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with peptic ulcer, alleviate the sufferings of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse emotions.
