护理干预在双源CT冠状动脉造影中的应用

Application of nursing intervention in dual source CT coronary angiography

目的探讨护理干预在双源CT冠状动脉造影中的价值。方法收集双源CT冠状动脉造影患者共206例,对所有检查者在扫描前、中、后进行细致的护理干预。结果本组双源CT冠状动脉造影成功率96.7%,影响成功率的因素主要为呼吸运动、心率失常和腹部和肢体的制动,全部检查者无并发症发生。结论对患者在检查双源CT前、中、后进行科学细致的护理干预,可消除患者的恐惧心理,保证其呼吸、腹部和肢体制动的配合,从而提高检查成功率,并有助于避免并发症发生。

Objective To explore the value of nursing intervention in dual source CT coronary angiography. Methods 206 patients with dual source CT coronary angiography were selected, and they were conducted with careful nursing intervention through the whole range of coronary angiog- raphy. Results The success rate of dual source CT coronary angiography was 96.7 %, and the main factors influencing success rate of examination were respiratory movement, arrhythmia and ab- dominal and limb brake. No complications were observed in all the patients. Conclusion Imple- mentation of careful nursing intervention for patients through the whole range of dual source CT ex- amination can eliminate the fear and ensure the cooperation between abdomen and limbs. As a re- sult, the success rate of examination can be increased, and the incidence of complication can be avoided.
