摘要
目的探讨男性2型糖尿病(type2diabetesmellitus,T2DM)患者血清25羟基维生素D[25.(OH)D3]水平的变化,以及25一(OH)D3水平与骨密度(bonemineraldensity,BMD)的关系。方法87例男性T2DM患者为病例组,均行腰椎及髋部双能X线骨密度测定,同期男性健康体检者90名为正常对照组。用酶联免疫法检测各组25-(OH)D3水平及相关临床和生化指标。比较两组25-(OH)D3的水平以及25-(0H)D3与男性病例组BMD的相关性。结果①病例组25-(OH)D3水平为(10±4)ngZml,对照组为(12±4)ng/ml,T2DM组25-(OH)D3明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。②病例组骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)患者25-(OH)D3为(10±3)ng/ml,无OP患者为(9±4)ngZml,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论男性2型糖尿病患者25-(OH)D3水平明显降低,25-(OH)D3与骨密度无明显相关性。
Objective To investigate the serum changes of 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in the male patients with type 2 diabetes, and the relationships between 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and bone mineral density. Methods Eighty-seven male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the case group, and 90 male healthy people were selected as the control group. ELISA were used for the de- tection of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D, relevant clinical and biochemical index were also detected. Then the serum differences of 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in the two groups were contrasted and the relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and the T2DM male patients was analyzed. Results (.if)Serum 25- hydroxyvitamin D level of T2DM group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P 〈0. 05 ). (2)There was no significant difference in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level between osteoporosis patients group and no osteoporosis patients group in T2DM group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Serum 25- hydroxyvitamin D level in male patients with type 2 diabetes was significantly lower than that of control group. No correlation was found between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and bone mineral density in male patients with type 2 diabetes.
