16排螺旋CT头颈部血管造影的临床应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨16排螺旋CT血管造影(SCTA)在头颈部血管性疾病的临床应用价值。方法采用16排螺旋CT血管造影,应用容积重建技术、多平面重建、最大密度投影、表面遮盖显示等后处理软件诊断61例临床怀疑头颈部血管性疾病患者。结果发现颅内动脉瘤24例,动脉硬化狭窄或闭塞36例。结论SCTA可以作为临床怀疑动脉瘤及身体素质较差、手术评估风险较大的需要了解脑血管情况的患者的首选。SCTA可以结合数字减影血管造影(DSA)提高身体条件一般的缺血性脑血管病诊断。
