围术期护理路径对分化型甲状腺癌患者的影响

Perioperative care path for patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma

目的探讨临床护理路径应用于分化型甲状腺癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2009年1月至2012年12月分化型甲状腺癌患者80例，随机分为两组，对照组患者40例，给予常规护理；观察组患者40例，按照围术期临床护理路径进行护理。对两纽患者并发症发生情况以及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察纽患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。干预后观察组与对照组SAS评分比术前均有所改善，观察组干预后比对照组干预后显著改善（P〈0．05）。观察组有87．50％的患者对护理感到满意，对照组为57．50％，观察组明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对分化型甲状腺癌患者在手术期采取临床路径模式进行护理可以有效减少护理相关并发症，并有利于良好护惠关系的建立。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clinical nursing path used in the dif- f＇erentiated thyroid cancer patients. Methods Eighty patients with differentiated thyroid cancer in the period from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2012 were selected, and were randomly divided into two groups, 40 pa- tients in the control group were treated with conventional care; 40 patients in the observation group were given perioperative clinical nursing path. The complications, as well as nursing satisfaction were com- pared. Results ]＇he postoperative complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the obvious difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. After intervention, SAS score in the observation group and the control group improved than before the operation, the SAS score in the observation group significantly improved than that in the control group after intervention （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. 87.50% of the patients were satisfied with the care in the observation group, 57.50% in the control group, the observation group was significantly higher than that in the con- trol group, the obvious difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusions To take clinical path nursing care for patients with differentiated thyroid cancer in the operative period can be effective in reducing complications and is conducive to the establishment of a good nurse- patient relationship.
