中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的：观察中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法：80例小儿支原体肺炎患者按随机数字表法平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予西医治疗,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加服肺炎清2号方,2组均以7 d为1个疗程。结果：1~2个疗程结束后,治疗组痊愈28例,显效7例,好转4例,痊愈率70%,愈显率87.5%;治疗组其痊愈22例,显效8例,好转7例,痊愈率55%,愈显率75%。治疗组有效率和痊愈率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组较对照组治疗时间更短,并且均无明显不良反应。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods： 80 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method.The control group（n = 40） was given western medicine treatment and the treatment group was given add pneumonia qing Feiyanqing No.2,7 d as a course of treatment.Results： After the treatment,the treatment group： 28 cases cured,7 cases showed effect,4 cases were improved,the recovery rate was 70% and markedly effective rate was 87.5%.Treatment group： 22 cases recovered,8 cases were markedly improved,7 cases improved,the recovery rate was 55% and markedly effective rate was 75%.Compared the efficiency and recovery rate in treatment group with control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The treatment time of treatment group was shorter with no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion： Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia has better curative effect.
