“徐氏平喘摩按法”改善儿童哮喘症状临床研究

Study of "Xushi Asthma massage" in Improving the Children's Asthma Symptoms

目的:探讨"徐氏平喘摩按法"改善儿童哮喘症状的临床疗效。方法:将48例哮喘患儿随机分为试验组22例和对照组26例。对照组给予五虎汤治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上结合徐氏平喘摩按法进行治疗。结果:经治疗,两组患儿咳嗽症状均明显改善,治疗组症状改善快于对照组,复发率低,患儿自身状况评分(C-ACT量表)治疗组得分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五虎汤结合"徐氏平喘摩按法"手法治疗,可以更快、更有效地控制症状,改善患儿通气,减少复发。

Through clinical research,explore the effects of ＂ asthma massage＂ in improving children＇s asthma symptoms.Methods： 48 cases of Pediatric asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given Baihu soup and the treatment group was given combined ＂ Asthma massage＂.Results： After treatment,the cough symptoms of two groups were significantly improved.The symptoms of treatment group were improved faster than that of control group with lower recurrence rate.The Children＇s own status score（C-ACT scale） of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion： Wuhu soup combined with ＂ asthma massage＂ therapy could be faster and more effective to control the symptoms and improve ventilation and reduce recurrence.
