摘要
目的:建立益复康口服液中人参皂苷的高效液相含量测定方法。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈为流动相A,水为流动相B;检测波长为203 nm。理论板数按人参皂苷Rg1峰计算应不低于6 000。结果:人参皂苷Rg1浓度在0.053~0.265 g·L-1范围内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好;人参皂苷Re浓度在0.037-0.185 g·L-1范围内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.33%。结论:高压梯度法测定益复康口服液中人参皂苷的含量,操作简单、重复性好,可作为益复康口服液的质量控制方法。
Objective: Establish the determination of ginseng saponins content in Yifukang oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods: Use octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica as filler;Acetonitrile as mobile phase A,Water as mobile phase B and 203 nm as detection wavelength.Theoretical plates number by Ginseng saponins Rg1 peak calculation should not be less than 6 000.Results: Ginseng saponins Rg1 concentration in the range of 0.053-0.265 g·L-1range,the peak area and the concentration had a good linear relationship.Ginseng saponins Re concentration in the range of 0.037-0.185 g·L-1range,the peak area and the concentration had a good linear relationship and the average rate of recovery was 99.33%.Conclusion: High pressure gradient method for the determination of ginseng saponins content in Yifukang oral liquid is simple with good reproducibility.It can be used as the quality control method of Yifukang oral liquid.
