摘要
目的:提取天麻抗菌物质,采用大肠杆菌株、金黄色葡萄球菌株和变形杆菌株对其抗菌物质进行抑菌动力学研究。方法:利用天麻抗菌提取物对大肠杆菌株、金黄色葡萄球菌株和变形杆菌的体外抗菌作用,研究其生长曲线和细菌细胞通透性。结果:天麻抗菌提取物对大肠杆菌株、金黄色葡萄球菌株和变形杆菌株生长具有较强的抑制作用,影响细菌的生长和增加细菌细胞膜通透性。结论:天麻抗菌提取物对以上细菌均表现出良好的杀菌作用,天麻在抗感染治疗领域具有较好的开发和应用前景。
Objective: To study antibacterial kinetic study on antibacterial composition of wild Gastrodia Elata Blume in vitro with escherichia coli,staphylococc,proteusbacillus vulgaris.Methods: Growth curve and bacterial cell permeability were used to study it's antibacterial kinetic.Results: Composition of wild Gastrodia Elata Blume inhibit growth of escherichia coli,staphylococcus,proteusbacillus vulgaris,increase membrane permeability.Conclusion: Antibacterial composition of wild Gastrodia Elata Blume was good at inhibiting growth of escherichia coli,staphylococcus,proteusbacillus vulgaris,increase membrane permeability.There is further development and fine application prospect of antibacterial composition of wild Gastrodia Elata Blume.
