化痰熄风逐瘀汤治疗脑梗死合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征临床研究

Zini Huatan Xifeng Zhuyu Soup in the Treatment with Cerebral Infarction Combined with Sleep Apnea and Hypoventilation Syndrome

目的:观察化痰熄风逐瘀汤治疗脑梗死兼阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的临床疗效。方法:按照随机原则将60例患者平均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服化痰熄风逐瘀汤,治疗后进行疗效对比。结果:对照组有效率为76.67%,治疗组有效率为90.00%。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组神经功能缺损积分、呼吸暂停低通气指数均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组最低氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰熄风逐瘀汤治疗脑梗死合并OSAHS疗效较好。

Objective： To observe clinical curative effect of Zini Huatan Xifeng Zhuyu soup in the treatment of cerebral infarction combined with sleep apnea and hypoventilation syndrome.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average.The control group was given conventional treatment and the treatment group was given added Huatan Xifeng Zhuyu soup.Compare the curative effect after treatment.Results： The effective rate was 76.67% in control group and 90.00% in treatment group.Compared the effective rate of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The neurologic impairment integration and apnea ventilation index of treatment group were lower than that of control group after treatment（P 0.05）.The oxygen saturation of treatment group was higher than that of control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Huatan Xifeng Zhuyu soup in treating cerebral infarction and OSAHS has better curative effect.
