银杏叶提取物治疗突发性耳聋疗效观察

Efficacy of Effect observation of ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of sudden deafness

目的观察银杏叶提取物治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法 62例突发性耳聋患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,2组同时给予常规静脉滴注地塞米松+低分子右旋糖苷+ATP,治疗组在此基础上加用银杏叶提取物治疗。结果治疗组PTA治后为(37.69±20.03)dBHL,对照组PTA治疗后为(53.89±26.32)dBHL,治疗组有效率87.5%高于对照组63.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物治疗突发性耳聋可以提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observed the clinical effect of the treatment for sudden deafness with ginkgo biloba extract. Methods 62 patients of sudden deafness were divided into the control group （30 cases） and the treatment group （32 cases） in random. The two groups were given dexamethasone join dextran and ATP by intravenous infusion simultaneously. But the treat- ment group was given ginkgo biloba extract additional. Results Before and after treatment,the PTA of treatment group was （37.69 ~ 20.03 ）dBHL. The PTA of control group was （53.89 ~ 26.32）dBHL. So the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment for sudden deafness with ginkgo biloba extract can improve clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
