摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(HCY)在心血管疾病中的临床意义,为临床及早诊断各种心血管疾病提供参考。方法随机选取2007年12月—2012年12月接收的急性心肌梗死(AMI)和冠心病患者各40例,分别列为观察A组、观察B组;同时随机选取同期健康体检者40例为对照组;分别采集所有患者及健康体检者的晨起静脉血行血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)检测,对比3组血清HCY检测值及发生高HCY血症的情况。结果观察A组和观察B组的血清HCY检测值、高HCY血症的比率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察A组患者血清HCY检测值及发生高HCY血症的比率高于观察B组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HCY在心血管疾病检测中临床意义显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the meaninng of HCY in cardiovascular disease to diagnosis cardiovascular disease to provide envidence. Methods Choosed 40 AMI and coronary heart disease from Dec. 2007 to Dec. 2012 to divide into A and B groups, and choosed 40 healthy persons as controlled group. Collected venous blood since morning to take HCY detection to compare the value of detection and incidence of HCY level disease. Results The serum HCY of A and B groups were higher than controlled group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The value of serum HCY in A group was higher than B group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Choosing HCY to detect cardiovascular disease is valuble to extend in clinic.
