剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果观察

The Clinical Observation of Treating by Cesarean Section Combined Myomectomy

目的分析剖宫产联合子宫肌瘤剔除手术的临床效果。方法选取2008年7月—2012年7月合江县妇幼保健院接收的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的患者,采用联合子宫肌瘤剔除手的72例患者为观察组,单行剖宫产术的70例患者为对照组,对比两组手术情况以及术后随访情况。结果两组患者在术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间以及住院时间上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。另外,观察组切口甲级愈合率为97.2%,并发症发生率2.7%;对照组切口甲级愈合率为97.1%,并发症发生率2.9%;两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产同时进行子宫肌瘤的剔除手术临床效果明显,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of treating patients by cesarean section combined myomectomy. Methods Choosed 72 patients as study group, and 70 patients as controlled group from Jul. 2008 and Jul. 2012. Compared the results of operation and followed - up. Results The amount of bleeding, operation time and postoperative exhaust time and in - hospital time in these two groups had different between them. The healing rate of I incision in study group was 97. 2%, and incidence of complication was 2. 7%. The healing rate of I incision in controlled group was 97. 1%, and incidence of complica- tion was 2. 9%, and there was no difference in these two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of cesarean section com- bined myomectomy is significant to extend in clinic.
