白花蛇舌草联合化疗对癌症治疗的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis on Hedyotis diffusa combined with chemo-treatment in treatment of advanced cancer

目的利用Meta分析方法评价白花蛇舌草联合化疗治疗癌症的临床疗效。方法按照循证医学的要求全面检索中国期刊全文数据库、PubMed数据库等,把符合纳入标准的7篇文献作为Meta分析的对象。采用RevMan 4.2专用软件进行统计分析。结果 7项研究疗效OR合并检验,Z=4.37(P<0.01),表明白花蛇舌草联合化疗与单纯化疗比较,两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义。3项研究KPS评分OR合并检验,Z=3.84(P<0.01),表明白花蛇舌草联合化疗与单纯化疗对患者生存质量改善的差异有统计学意义。结论现有的临床证据表明,白花蛇舌草联合化疗治疗癌症疗效优于单纯化疗,并且比单纯化疗更能提高患者生存质量。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Hedyotis diffusa combined with chemo-treatment in treatment of cancer using Meta-analysis method. Methods According to the requirements of evidence-based medicine, there were 7 articles treatment of cancer after retrieving literatures on randomized controlled trials （RCTs） of Hedyotis diffusa combined with chemo-treatment from Chinese periodical full -text database, and PubMed database. Therapeutic ef- fects and KPS scores were selected as the study indexes. RevMan 4.2 software was applied for data processing and statistical analysis. Results The efficacy of 7 literatures were given OR ^-~ analysis, Z=4.37 （P〈0.01）, the results showed that clinical efficacy of Hedyotis diffusa combined with chemo-treatment was better than only chemo-treat- ment. The KPS scores of 3 literatures were given OR~ analysis, Z=3.84（P〈0.01）, the results showed that He@otis diffusa combined with chemo-treatment and only chemo-treatment had significant difference in the improvement of patients＇ quality of life. Conclusion From the existing clinical evidences, Hedyotis diffusa combined with chemo-treatment is more effective than chemo-treatment in the treatment of cancer.
