尼龙圈在老年肠道广基息肉肠镜切除术中的应用价值

The application and value of nylon loop for elderly intestinal sessile polyps with endoscopic resection

目的探讨尼龙圈在老年肠道广基息肉肠镜切除术中的应用价值。方法选择85例患者,随机分为观察组42例和对照组43例,观察组42例在内镜下使用尼龙圈套扎术,对照组43例在内镜下使用微波治疗,在治疗后12个月进行电话随访,比较两组患者内镜治疗的相关情况,发生的并发症情况以及治疗成功率和复发情况。结果观察组处理息肉时间和肠镜总操作时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组仅发生1例肠穿孔,其发生大出血或肠穿孔、术后肠粘连以及围术期低血糖的比率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组1次治疗成功率和12个月内复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尼龙圈套扎治疗老年广基息肉手术操作简单,手术效果确切,并发症少,是一种安全可靠的治疗方法,尤其适用于老年患者。

Objective To explore the application and value of nylon loop for elderly intestinal sessile polyps with endoscopic resection.Methods 85 cases were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases of the observation group were used the endoscopic nylon ring technique,43 cases of the control group were used the endoscopic microwave therapy, all cases were followed-up 12 months by telephone after treatment,the complications,success rate of treatment and recurrence were compared in the two groups.Results In the observation group,treatment time and total time of colonoscopy polyps was less than that of the control group respectively （P〈0.05）;the observation group occurred only 1 case of intestinal perforation,the perforation occurred or intestinal hemorrhage of postoperative,intestinal adhesion and perioperative hypoglycemia rate was lower than that of the control group respectively （P〈0.05）;the success rate of the two groups within 1 time and the recurrence rate in 12 monlhs had no significant differences （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Nylon loop for elderly intestinal sessile polyps with endoscopic resection is a simple amt effect method,it has less complications,so it is a safe and reliable treatment method,especially for elderly patients.
