依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical value of enalapril in treating diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床价值。方法选取本院2011年1月。2013年1月收治的152例糖尿病肾病患者，随机分为两组，其中观察组患者给予依那普利治疗，对照组患者给予常规降糖药物治疗．对比两组疗效。结果两组患者在治疗4、8周之后尿素氮、肌酐、24h尿蛋白定量、尿酸、24h微球蛋白的排泄率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病，可降低血糖水平，降低尿蛋白排泄率以及血压，可有效保护肾脏，使患者病情好转，生命质量提高，且药物耐受性良好，值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of enalapril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 152 eases of patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were divided into two groups, patieuts in the observation group were treated with enalapril, the patients in control group were treated with conventional antidiabetic drugs, treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results After four, eight weeks treat- ment, the blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, 24-hour urinary protein, uric acid, 24 hours microglobulin excretion rate and other indicators of two groups compared, the differences were significantly different （P〈0.05）; the fasting and 2-hour postprandial glucose level of two groups before and after treatment were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy can reduce blood sugar levels, reduce urinary protein excretion rate and blood pressure, and may protect kidney effectively, improve patient＇s condition and quality of life, and drug tolerance is good, so it is worth clinical promotion.
