肿痛安胶囊治疗神经根型颈椎病60例的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Zhong tong an capsule treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis in 60 cases

目的探讨肿痛安胶囊治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选择本院120例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予肿痛安胶囊。治疗8周后,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组:显效38例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率为95.0%;对照组:显效30例,有效20例,无效10例,总有效率为83.3%,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肿痛安胶囊治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhong tong an capsule trating nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods 120 cases with nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=60） and the control group （n=60）.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was given Zhong tong an capsule on the base of routine treatment.After 8 weeks,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group,38 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effec- tive,3 cases were ineffective, and its total effective rate was 95.0%;In the control group,30 cases were markedly effec- tive,20cases were effective,10cases were ineffective and its total effective rate was 83.3%,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zhong tong an capsule treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis has significant clinical curative effect,and it is worthy of learning.
