摘要
目的探讨多种护理健康教育模式在优质护理服务中应用的效果。方法将本院开展多种护理健康教育模式前后各60例住院患者分别设为对照组和观察组,比较两组患者健康教育效果、满意度和护理健康教育质量。结果观察组的患者健康教育效果、满意度和护理健康教育质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多种护理健康教育模式的实施可以提高患者健康教育效果、满意度及护理健康教育质量。
Objective To explore the effect of varietal nursing health education model application in the quality of nursing service.Methods 60 hospitalized patients before apply varietal of nursing health education pattern and 60 hos- pitalized patients carry out varietal of nursing health education pattern were divided into control group and experimental group,the effect of two groups patients health education,satisfaction and the quality of education were compared. Results The health education effect,satisfaction and the quality of nursing health education in experimental group were higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Carry out varietal nursing health education model can improve patient satisfaction and the quality of nursing health education.
