针灸联合耳穴贴压治疗2型糖尿病性腹泻的护理

Nursing of acupuncture combined with auricular plaster in treatment of type 2 diabetic diarrhea

目的探讨针灸联合耳穴贴压治疗2型糖尿病性腹泻的护理要点，以进一步提高本院治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果，提高患者康复率。方法对2010年7月～2012年3月在本院接受针灸联合耳穴贴压治疗的30例2型糖尿病性腹泻患者提供全面的护理服务。结果治疗后平均空腹血糖和平均口服糖耐量试验2h后的血糖分别为（7．1±1．2）mmol／L、（8．3±1．9）mmol／L，均明显低于治疗前的血糖值。20例治疗具有显著疗效，8例治疗有效果．治疗总有效率为93．3％．所有患者均未出现不良反应。结论针灸联合耳穴贴压治疗法应用于2型糖尿病腹泻治疗中的临床效果显著，以有效地提高临床治疗成功率、患者康复率及满意度，改善患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。

Objective To study and explore the key nursing points of acupuncture combined with auricular plaster in the treatment of type 2 diabetic diarrhea in order to further improve the patient recovery rate in our hospital.Methods 30 patients with type 2 diabetic diarrhea who received acupuncture combined with auricular plaster trentment in our hospital from July 2010 to March 2012 were provided with comprehensive nursing services.Results After the treat- ment,the mean fasting blood glucose and the blood glucose 2 hours after the mean oral glucose tolerance test was（7.1＋ 1.2）mmol/L and（8.3_＋l.9）mmol/L respectively,both of which were significantly lower than those before the treatment.The treatment was remarkably effective for 20 patients and 8 patients,with the total effective rate of 93.3%.None of the pa- tient had adverse reaction.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with auricular plaster therapy shows significant clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetic diarrhea,effectively increases the clinical treatment success rate,advances patient satisfaction and improve the patients＇quality Of life,thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
