摘要
利用相转移催化剂与均匀设计法探讨了高脱乙酰度、低粘度壳聚糖的制备方法 ,找出了最佳工艺条件 ,在最佳工艺条件下得到了粘度为 2 6.6m Pa· s,脱乙酰度为 99.4 %的壳聚糖 .
The uniform design and PTC are used in the studies on preparation for the chitosan of high deacetylate degree and low viscosity.The experimental data are analysed with computer and multivariate reagression equation is acquired.By the analysis of variance,the effective sequence:PTC>Temperture>Ratio>Time,and the best conditions of reaction:3%PTC,110°C,3 5h,Ratio 9 are gained.Under such conditions,the chitosan of 99.4% deacetylate degree and 26.6mPa·s viscosity are produced.In comparison with classical methods,reaction time is shortened for 5~9h,energy usage and production cost are decreased.The proposed method can be used on large scale production.
