摘要 基于直流控制保护平台,设计开发了特高压直流控制保护系统。控制保护设备按极层和换流器层配置,电流、电压调节器布置在换流器层,极层下发电流指令;同极两换流器间进行触发角和分接头的直接协调控制;通过切换电流参考值的方法实现换流器的在线投入。介绍了特高压直流保护闭锁策略,设计了投旁通对和不投旁通对两种换流器层保护闭锁方式。系统测试表明该特高压直流控制保护系统具有良好的性能,适合实际工程应用。 Based on the control and protection platform for high voltage direct current (HVDC) with independent intellectual property right, the prototype of control and protection system for ultra-high voltage direct current (UHVDC) is designed and developed. The control and protection devices are divided into pole level and converter level, the DC current regulator and voltage regulator are located at the converter level, while the DC current order is given by the pole level. The fire angle and tap are coordinated between two converters in one pole. The entry of converter is implemented by switching the reference of the current regulator. UHVDC protection block sequences are described, and two kinds of protection block sequences at the converter level are designed, one with bypass-pair and the other without. Simulation shows the good performance of the control and protection system for UHVDC.
