摘要 在配电网节能指标研究现状的基础上,依据相关标准规范,兼顾实际的可操作性,建立了一套配电网能效指标体系。构建的指标体系涵盖了配电网规划、设备参数及设备运行状态等评价指标,采用层次分析法确定各单项指标权重,结合单项指标状态值,获得被评估配电网综合能效分值,找出配电网能效薄弱环节。建立的指标体系有利于配电网节能潜力挖掘,协助节能技改资金配置优化,助推配电网能效水平的提升。运用该指标体系评估某省电力公司配电网,综合评估结果与实际配电网能效情况一致,验证了指标体系的有效性和实用性。 On the basis of current research on energy saving indices of distribution network, according to relevant standards and rules, and considering its feasibility when used in reality, a set of index system for evaluating energy efficiency of distribution network is established. The proposed index system employs indices concerning distribution network planning, equipment parameters, and equipment operating status. The weight of index obtained by analytic hierarchy process and state value of index can be used to calculate comprehensive efficiency score of distribution network, in order to find the link of low energy efficiency in distribution network. The established index system is beneficial to explore energy saving potentiality, and to optimize capital investment for energy saving projects, and energy efficiency level of distribution network can be eventually promoted. The index system is applied to the distribution network of one provincial power corporation, and the evaluation result is in accordance with actual energy efficiency of evaluated distribution network, which verified the effectiveness and practicability of the established index system.
