基体树脂对PE-HD/E–TMB共混物脆韧转变影响

摘要 用自制增韧母料(E–TMB)分别与2911高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)(E1),2200J PE-HD(E2)和5000S PEHD(E3)热机械共混制得E1/E1–TMB、E2/E1–TMB和E3/E2–TMB共混物,研究了3类共混物的力学性能和脆韧转变。结果表明,E3/E2–TMB共混物的综合力学性能最好;E1/E1–TMB与E2/E1–TMB共混物发生明显的脆韧转变,E3/E2–TMB共混物不发生脆韧转变,原因在于3类共混物的基体树脂型号不同。 E1/E1-TMB, E2/E1-TMB and E3/E2-TMB blends were prepared by thermal mechanical blending self-made toughening master batch E1-TMB with 2911 high density polyethylene(PE-HD)(E1) and E1-TMB with 2200J PE-HD(E2), E2-TMB with 5000S PE-HD(E3) respectively. The mechanical properties and brittle-ductile transition of the three types blends were studied. The results show that the general mechanical properties of E3/E2-TMB blends are best. The brittle-ductile transition of E2/ E1-TMB and E1/E1-TMB blends occured obviously, but E3/E2-TMB blends have no obvious brittle-ductile transition, this is because the types of the matrix resin of the three types blends are different.
