摘要 通过比较分析实践中塑料斜齿轮注塑模具脱模机构的几类基本形式,提出了塑料斜齿轮成型脱模机构的优化改进方案。重点介绍了推杆、推管和向心推力球轴承相结合使齿形型腔旋转的塑料件推出方式,以有效地减小齿轮型腔在脱模时的"旋转"阻力,提高模具工作零件的减摩耐磨作用;解决了螺旋角及旋向相同但"螺距"不同的双联斜齿轮的成型脱模问题,拓展了双联斜齿轮注塑模具的开发应用。 Through comparative analysis of several basic forms of the ejection mechanism of injection mold for plastic helical gears in the practice, the ejection mechanism optimization of the injection mold for plastic helical gears was put forward. The ejecting way of plastic parts which combined with putters, ejector sleeves and angular contact ball bearing to rotate the tooth-profiled mold cavity is introduced, it effectively reduces the "rotating" resistance of the gear cavity when it is demolded, and improves the anti-friction and wear-resisting effects of the mold' s working parts ; the molding and demolding problems of double helical gears with same helix angle and rotation but different "pitches" are solved, and the development and applications of the double helical ~ear injection mold are expanded.
