矿用PE-LD阻燃性及其阻燃评价方法之间的相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧实验、锥形量热仪和酒精喷灯燃烧实验研究了几种阻燃剂在矿用低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)中的阻燃及协效作用,并对酒精喷灯实验结果与其它测试结果之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,单种阻燃剂在相同添加量下,五溴甲苯阻燃PE-LD的LOI最高,并能通过酒精喷灯燃烧实验。溴氯和溴磷两种阻燃剂配合使用时,具有明显的协效作用,其中当溴氯和溴磷在质量比分别为1∶1和5∶2时,协同阻燃效果最好。阻燃PE-LD的酒精喷灯燃烧等级与材料的UL94等级、LOI之间有较好的斯皮尔曼相关性,而与峰值热释放速率、总释放热没有明显相关性。 The flame retarding and synergistic effects of several flame retardants in low density polyethylene(PE-LD) used in mine were analyzed by limited oxygen index(LOI), UL 94, alcohol blow lamp test and cone calorimeter. The correlations between the alcohol blow lamp test and other three fire tests were analyzed. The experimental results show that PE-LD is retarded by pentabromotoluene(PBT) acquired the highest LOI and pass alcohol blow lamp test. The obvious synergistic effects between brominated flame retardant(BFR) and chlorinate paraffin(CP), and between BFR and Red phosphorus (RP) are found. When the mass ratio of BFR to CP is 1 : 1 and the mass ratio of BFR to RP is 5 : 2, the synergistic effects are the best. Moreover, it is found that there are clearly spearman correlations between alcohol blow lamp test and other fire tests including LOI and UL 94 test. However, no relationships between alcohol blow lamp test and some cone calorimeter measurements(peak heat release rate and total heat release) are found.
