摘要 针对光电式烟雾探测器的特殊性,设计了一种LED的驱动电路,该驱动电路能为光电式烟雾探测器的光源提供所需要的驱动电压,且驱动电压基本与电源无关。基于负载的特殊要求,电路需要具有较强的驱动能力。室温下,电源电压9 V时,电路能为负载提供6 mA的驱动电流。为了抵消与绝对温度成正比的电流的正温度系数,加入了负温度系数补偿电路。此外,电路中还加入了使能控制端,使电路可以间断工作。基于ASMC 0.35μm 12 V CMOS工艺,完成了对电路的设计。电路结构简单、性能优良,满足光电式烟雾探测器的特殊要求。 An LED drive circuit was designed based on the particularities of the photo electric smoke detector. This circuit can provide a power supply-uncorrelated-vohage for the light source of the photoelectric smoke detector. Due to the special requirements of the load, the circuit needs higher driving capability. With 9 V current. To counteract the power supply at room temperature, the circuit was required to offer 6 mA positive current temperature coefficient of proportional to absolute temperature, negative to absolute temperature compensation circuit was applied. Furthermore, the enable control circuit was added to make the circuit operate discontinuously. This circuit was designed based on ASMC 0. 35 μm 12 V CMOS process. The circuit meets the special requirements of photoelectric smoke detector with simple structure and excellent performances.
