摘要
从战略竞争视角考察了RFID企业员工评价所属企业对智力资本的重视程度,揭示了RFID企业智力资本的内部结构,包括"人力资本、结构资本和关系资本"等三大关键核心构面;其次,突破了单纯量化研究模型的局限,将质性评判结果与结构方程量化分析结果进行交叉验证,分别通过调查4个类组RFID专家意见,利用德尔菲等方法提炼出RFID企业智力资本的主要衡量指标;最后对珠三角经济区10家RFID企业216份样本数据进行统计分析,应用结构方程模型方法进行实证检验,结果证明RFID企业智力资本评价指标的整体模型具有良好的模型适配度。
The existing literature on intellectual capital overemphasized the level of financial performance, with lit- tie concern about the RFID company indicators. Base on a strategic competitive view, the research examined the RFID employees evaluated the value extent of intellectual capital in their enterprises, and revealed the internal structure of the enterprise intellectual capital, including three key core dimensions: human capital, structural capital and relationship capital. Secondly, this paper broke through the limitation of simple quantitative research model, promoting the cross validation between the qualitative evaluation results and structural equation quantitative analy- sis results. We investigated the opinion of four kinds of group of RFID experts, and then extracted the principal measure for RFID company intelligence capital in methods such as Delphi. Finally, we collected 216 data samples from RFID companies in the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone for statistical analysis, and applied structural equa- tion model for demonstration analysis. The results proved that the entire proposed model for RFID enterprise intel- lectual capital index was suitable, and it was goodness fit.
