摘要
创造性想法的实现有利于组织绩效的提升。以266家中国企业为研究对象,在检验组织创造力与组织绩效直接关系的基础上,进一步分析和检验了企业家导向、过程控制以及两者的交互对上述关系的调节作用,并运用斜率对照法比较了各类调节效应的大小。研究发现:组织创造力正向促进组织绩效;企业家导向、企业家导向与过程控制的交互正向调节组织创造力—组织绩效之间的关系;当企业家导向与过程控制均强时,组织创造力对组织绩效的正向促进作用最强。
The realization of creative ideas is conducive to organizational performance, using 266 Chinese firms as the research objects, we test the direct effect of organizational creativity on organizational performance, and then we further analysis and test the moderating role of entrepreneurial orientation, process control, the combination of them in the relationship between organizational creativity and organizational performance. Results show that: Orga- nizational creativity is positively related to organizational performance; entrepreneurial orientation, the combination of entrepreneurial orientation and process control positively moderate the relationship between organizational creativ- ity and organizational performance
